  The Kentucky Client Assistance Program (KyCAP) is a federally funded program authorized by the Rehabilitation Act. KyCAP provides advocacy services, information, referrals and advice to Kentuckians with disabilities who are seeking or receiving rehabilitation services from the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, the Office for the Blind and the Independent Living Centers. KyCAP assists individuals with disabilities in their efforts to reach an appropriate vocational goal and obtain gainful employment. KyCAP plays a key role in local workforce efforts, state rehabilitation planning and services to students who are transitioning from school to work.
